About the Role

Aduraspace is seeking a dynamic and resourceful Community Lead to oversee our coworking facility and build a thriving professional community. This role blends leadership, hospitality, and digital engagement to create an inspiring environment for our clients.

Responsibilities

On-Site Community Management

  • Lead facility staff including janitors and support personnel
  • Ensure the workspace is clean, welcoming, and fully operational
  • Manage client onboarding, space allocation, and issue resolution
  • Plan and host events, workshops, and networking sessions

Online Engagement & Social Media

  • Grow Aduraspace’s presence on Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and Facebook
  • Create and schedule engaging content to promote services and events
  • Respond to online inquiries and comments professionally
  • Monitor analytics and refine digital strategies

Client Relations

  • Act as the primary contact for client feedback and support
  • Build strong relationships to understand and meet client needs
  • Develop strategies to retain existing clients and attract new ones

Reporting & Strategy

  • Submit weekly reports on engagement, feedback, and performance
  • Collaborate with management to improve service delivery
  • Recommend tools to enhance client experience and team productivity

 Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in community management, customer service, or hospitality
  • Strong leadership and team coordination skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficiency in social media marketing and content creation
  • Familiarity with tools like Canva, Hootsuite, Meta Business Suite
  • OND/HND or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (preferred)

 Performance Expectations

  • Maintain professionalism and responsiveness
  • Show initiative and creativity in community engagement
  • Resolve client issues promptly
  • Meet monthly targets for social media growth and client satisfaction

 Terms of Engagement

  • Working Hours: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday
  • Remuneration: Based on experience and value contribution
  • Probation Period: 6 months
